This study investigated the interconnections amongst green dynamic capability, organizational creativity, and organizational agility, to understand their effects on sustainability performance on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Thailand. Primary data was collected from 385 Thai SMEs and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). These findings can help Thai SMEs understand the importance and process of embedding green strategies into their organization. These findings also provide guidance to governments to help SMEs transition to the green economy.
报告人简介：
Dr. Ross Davidson, Associate Professor, Co-Ordinator of Master of Strategic Leadership Program at College of Business (AACSB, EQUIS) in Abu Dhabi University. Dr. Davidson is a Canadian scholar whose research focuses on leadership, sustainable HRM, entrepreneurship, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with publications in leading SCOPUS Q1 and Q2 journals. He holds a PhD from the Open University in the UK, and postdoc experience in Cranfield university business school. An experienced educator, he teaches and supervises undergraduate, master’s, and DBA programs with consistently excellent evaluations. Dr. Davidson also serves as a program coordinator, curriculum designer, and accreditation contributor, and engages actively in industry training and community outreach. With over 15 years of international management experience across Canada, the UK, China, and the Middle East, he brings a global, practice-informed perspective to his work.
